You ARE stronger than you were yesterday and&nbsp; You ARE stronger than you realize! ⬇️ Yes, you were hurt. It happened.&nbsp; That toxic relationship is over because you were blindsided in some way and you have finally seen the truth. You know it now. There’s no denying it or explaining it away anymore.&nbsp; ⬇️ We all meditate. Every single one of us.&nbsp; When you are so completely focused on something, you are in a trance state.&nbsp; What are you focused on? (I know it used to be all the toxicity of that relationship that was going nowhere.) What now though? What are you focused on now?
