You Are...

You ARE stronger than you were yesterday and 
You ARE stronger than you realize!

Yes, you were hurt. It happened. 
That toxic relationship is over because you were blindsided in some way and you have finally seen the truth. You know it now. There’s no denying it or explaining it away anymore.

We all meditate.
Every single one of us. 
When you are so completely focused on something, you are in a trance state. 
What are you focused on? (I know it used to be all the toxicity of that relationship that was going nowhere.)
What now though? What are you focused on now?
Is it a positive or is it a problem?

It is time to heal. 
Begin with a practice of gratitude because while you were chasing toxicity, a lot of good things were in the mix happening FOR YOU. 
Focus on all the good thing in your life. 
Focus on all that you have and appreciate.

Become more resilient, become more positive by purposefully taking a few moments from your day to focus on the positive, the things that bring you peace, love, happiness, joy - the things for which you are grateful. 
A daily practice of doing this will naturally and effortlessly become who you are: a positive person with a solution mindset.
